Bottom was done by waterline systems in CT (no through hulls, mast laser mount to keel no shimming) Has brand new stereo with Bose speakers flush mounted into bulkhead. Brand new companion way hatch glass. Varnished companion way. All winches were just serviced cleaned. Has measuring cert. (it came in under weight so has lead on bulkheads!)
